Unison Breeze all-electric heavy duty mandrel benders provide proven reliability and accuracy. The unique combination of robust design and Unibend software will allow your machine tool operators to bend tubing with a consistently high degree of control, while maintaining a constant force on the tube. Models come in single-stack and multi-stack varieties and are used in industries as wide ranging as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, shipbuilding, subcontracting and transport manufacturing. Materials bent range from aluminium to titanium, to Inconel and Super Duplex stainless steels.

16 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

Used widely across the automotive and aerospace sectors, this machine is ideal for small- diameter tubular work such as brake and fuel lines. Endforms and short straights are easily incorporated in the multi-stack tooling design, with up to six stacks available.

25 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

Ideal for small-diameter tubular work such as aerospace fuel lines. The long-nose design ensures maximum clearance, whilst retaining the rigidity required for mandrel and wiper die tube bending. This machine has the added capability of being able to be reconfigured from right-hand to left-hand bending. Also available as long nose.

30 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

An uprated torque version of the 25 mm long-nose machine, for high-power applications such as tubing for the oil & gas industry. Equally suited to small-diameter tubular work, such as aerospace fuel lines. The long-nose design ensures maximum clearance, whilst retaining the rigidity required for mandrel and wiper die tube bending. This machine has the added capability of being able to be reconfigured from right-hand to left-hand bending. Also available as long nose.

50 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

Designed for companies that want ultimate flexibility and ease of programming. Multi-stack and multi-radius capability, good clearance under the bend head, and ample carriage push and mandrel pull force, means there are very few jobs this machine can’t handle. A favourite of subcontractors, fabricators, furniture, bus, train and handrailing manufacturers.

65 mm single-stack tube bender

A very rigid and versatile machine that is used widely in the aerospace sector for 50 mm / 2” titanium bending. Options include swing away wiper and automatic rake adjustment. The machine shown also has on-machine guarding to keep workers safe and minimise use of premium floor space.

80 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

Probably the most widely used machine on the market for automotive component manufacturers, subcontractors and general fabricators. For applications with compound tooling, multi-stack and multi-radius, and complex geometry parts, including roll bending or free-form bending.

90 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

The bigger brother of the 65 mm machine. Used widely across the aerospace sector for 3” / 76 mm titanium bending. A very rigid, versatile machine with options including swing-away wiper and automatic rake adjustment. The machine shown also has tooling drawers and bar code tooling to minimise use of premium floorspace and improve poke-yoke practices.

100 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

The larger version of our 80 mm single-stack machine. Widely used in high-end automotive and general fabricating. For applications with compound tooling, multi-stack and multi-radius and complex geometry parts, including roll bending or free-form bending.

130 mm single/multi-stack tube bender

Offering greater capability than our 90 mm single-stack machine. Used widely in the aerospace sector for 4” /100 mm titanium bending. A very rigid, powerful and versatile machine, with options such as swing-away wiper and automatic rake adjustment.

150 mm single/dual/multi-stack tube bender

Widely used in truck exhaust bending and general fabricating. For applications with compound tooling, multi-stack and multi-radius and complex geometry parts, including roll bending or free-form bending. The dual-stack option is typically used for wide-diameter aerospace applications.

180 mm single-stack tube bender

The first of the ‘Big Pipe’ benders. Used predominately to bend tubes in the oil & gas, shipyard and energy industries. Generally for bending thick-wall tubes in larger radius and up to 5D, in exotic materials such as Inconel, Super Duplex and Hastelloy pipe bending.

220 mm single-stack pipe bender

A brute of a pipe bending machine, with 330,000Nm of bend torque! Used predominately to bend pipes in the oil & gas, shipyard and energy industries. Generally for bending thick wall tubes in larger radius and up to 5D, in exotic materials such as Inconel, Super Duplex and Hastelloy pipe bending.

275 mm single-stack pipe bender

The world’s largest all-electric pipe bender with 660,000Nm of Bend Torque! Used predominately to bend pipes in the oil & gas, shipyard and energy industries. Generally for bending thick wall tubes in larger radius and up to 5D, in exotic materials such as Inconel, Super Duplex and Hastelloy pipe bending.
