VENTO FLEX 315 / 420 / 620 – Fibre Laser Cutting Machine
A key feature of the Nukon Vento Flex is the specially designed cutting table which is used for loading and unloading both flat metal sheet and tube, pipe and profile materials. Pipe and profile unloading is simplified thanks to a special U-shaped grooved area on the cutting table. Where the full table area is required for unloading metal sheet, removal of the grooved area is simple and straightforward.
The automated feeding chuck holds materials of between Ø15-Ø150 mm. Jaw clamping benefits from pneumatic drive with adjustable pressure. The profile rotation axis and profile driving axis are servo-motor controlled.
The front chuck holds materials of between Ø15 and Ø150mm and benefits from four manually adjusted, supported roller jaws.
Ensure secure positioning and zero oscillation of materials during the cutting process according to the cross-section and length of pipes and profiles being cut.
