Unison, the pioneer of all-electric tube bending machinery, Unison, is running a series of tours demonstrating how manufacturers can reap productivity benefits from the precision and flexibility of servomotor-controlled tube bending technology.

The educational and highly practical tours are completely free to attend, and will take you onto the manufacturing lines of a number of advanced users of all-electric tube benders, who are exploiting the rich capability of all electric benders. 

Servomotor-controlled bending offers a range of advantages compared with traditional hydraulically-powered machinery. Benefits include very fast and repeatable set-up that can virtually eliminate scrap, ultra precise and flexible control over the complete bending cycle, and very significant energy savings.
