UNISON cells are particularly suited to the automotive industry or other fields where production quantities are high and production cost must be kept to a minimum. Cell design features can also include auto loading/unloading and tube cutting. 90mm Breeze With Robot Loader, Pusher Loader,Stamping Machine and Seam Detector		‘C’ Car Cell This multi-station Workcell was developed to automatically manufacture ‘C’ car engine mounting towers. The system seam detects, auto-loads, bends, presses, bores, de-burrs, splits and auto-ejects a pair of parts every 36 seconds. All transfers are by special reciprocating pick and place.
