CUSTOMER PROBLEM:

To bend and roll form seating parts for supermarkets and stadiums where a mix of different large radius bends had to blend in three dimensions. There was also a requirement to mix large radius bends and fixed radius bends for seating.

UNISON SOLUTION :

To supply a multi stack 30mm Breeze All Electric Tube Bending Machine with extended nose and roll forming capability.

This machine programs the large radius bends using one stack of tools for roll forming and automatically sets itself up on another stack of tools so that it blends a fixed radius bend with the large radius bend following immediately without needing a straight section inbetween.

The machine produces automatically in a continuous form a three dimensional ring roll shape for seat backs. This process has eliminated multiple manufacturing processes previously necessary.
