UNISON SOLUTION :

To supply a four stack 16mm Breeze All Electric Tube Bending Machine. This machine sets different clamping forces on the delicate end forms to the rest of the bending so avoiding any distortion.

One bend needed multiple moves of DBB & POB as well as several different positions of the clamp to enable the tube to nest into the complex tooling.

To ensure that the part was not loaded the wrong way round, Unison fitted a tube diameter measuring laser in the bundle loader and ejected faulty parts.
